Radio to 311 Baker, 311 David. 311 David. Baker. 4860 Cane Run Road at Zips Car Wash for disorderly on a male that came in the location and dumped a polo top on everything. He then took the caller's bag and threw it down. It's a white male, 300 pounds, wearing a white tank top. He left in a white Toyota Tundra, time lapse of 5 minutes, and he took a right out of the car wash.
