Suspect is a male Hispanic, wearing a black and white reflective vest, gray shirt, black shorts, black socks, and slippers, simulating a handgun at vehicles and pedestrians. Also holding unknown objects in his pocket under the influence of unknown narcotics. Code 3, incident 872, RD 159.
