Central, Queens sector, noise at Kerry Park. It's going to be a hazard now, 211 West Highland Drive. We have a new complainant reporting that 20 to 30 subjects are here in the park and setting off fireworks, pointing them towards the building. The subjects appear intoxicated and are yelling, 211 West Highland Drive.
