10-4, 7 Bravo 3, 7 Bravo 4, respond to additional. Give me the notes. It's going to be a 13 person, 5800 Northwest 64th Avenue. And, the unit was advised before about the male sitting in his vehicle screaming, unknown why. It was a Hispanic male, last seen wearing a black Nike shirt, last seen driving a white Toyota, unknown tag. Vehicle's in the parking lot, facing the entrance. Then, we started getting updates, advised he was yelling louder. Then, he was doing donuts in the roadway.
