Driver's a male, Black, 30s, wearing a black shirt, red shorts, was seen chasing a female, Black, 20s. Looks like she was fully nude in her vehicle. While laughing at her, last seen parked in the drive-thru of the CVS. You have multiple units to assist. Suspect.
