434 King for traffic. 434 King. The 487 Victor, 4607 East Desert Willow Road. Complainant received a 21 an hour ago from ex-husband's mom. Fought permission to drive complainant's white 2016 Kia Optima. She advised complainant's ex-husband took it without permission from 5516 West Brennan and then crashed it somewhere in Phoenix.
