To the cars on the shooting, per RTCC, a male wearing a yellow shirt can be seen exiting Q Mart and running in the same direction as the victim was going, but no muzzle flash or any shots fired were seen on the footage. He's still reviewing at this time. This was seen at 3rd and South Parkway. Show me 21, check. Thank you.
