Adam 3, I copy, will advise. The suspect just left Coastal, the 1425 Outlet Collection Way Southwest. A male loitering in the parking lot between the Coastal and the Chevron and is continuing to approach customers. Possibly HPD or high. White male, 40s, 5'10", stocky build, with dark hair and mustache. It also says bright orange hair. In the RP and Streetway, he was last seen still standing at the gas station. Copy.
