Going to be at 1333 Brighton Lake Road, 1333 Brighton Lake, across the Fairway Trails. Caller says that their neighbor was arrested earlier, and now there's someone putting stuff in his front yard. The person there is a white male, red curly hair, late 30s, last seen wearing long black shorts and black tank top, who's driving a blue Honda sedan, unknown drugs or alcohol.
