7, if I can start you to number 3 Vernon Street, reported hit-and-run. Looks like it's going to be on the Vernon Street Bridge at the on-ramp to 290 East. Highlander versus a black 4Runner. Looks like one of the vehicles took off on the highway. The victim in the Highlander is refusing to move the vehicle, declined EMS.
