372, 381. Is there an environmental concern with 1548 Stribling, apartment, Charlie 3, Thompson Heights apartment. Complainant's with Toya Martin, involved with her boyfriend, is a male Hispanic, wearing possibly a blue or black shirt, khaki pants with paint on it. He was occupying a Dodge Ram, blue. He took her phone and left with it. He possibly goes to Alliance, has an unknown mental diagnosis. And, he was last seen southbound on Gatewell towards Ellison.
