Attention all District 7 units, information on juveniles on bikes acting erratically. Specifically, Charles 75 at Howland University in 7D. The juveniles threw something at complainant's vehicle. There's four of them dressed in black heading towards Sac State on University Avenue. Information only, Sac City clear, 1730.
