Black male, short braids, gold chain, late 20s, black shirt, beige sweats, no weapons, using 237 David, and then locked himself in the restroom. Came out, refused to leave. Now at the bus stop, but stated that he's going back and forth all day from the business to the bus stop. Warned their manager will be there for contact. It's 1716, is there a backup?
