6255 North Santa Monica Boulevard at the JCCC. Caller's the security guard there. He's off duty and he sees a subject that was lying down on the hill by the pickleball court. Thinks he's possibly intoxicated. It's a male, White, wearing a white beater. He's now walking down the hill between the parking lot and the water tower. 10-48.
