Unit 1 Charlie 38. 38. 1 Charlie 38, your authority is code 3, unit close to unit justice for 242-520, East Broadway, apartment 727. It occurred 5 ago, suspect is a male, Black, 50s, wearing dark clothing, was walking with two dogs last seen towards the boulevard. DP says a female hit him with her bike, so he pushed her off. Looks like the suspect then came and hit the CP. Control 7.
