2901 Pine Ave. Measure of 7-Eleven says a white male, about 5'5", wearing a black baseball cap, black shirt, tan shorts, was screaming at customers inside of the store. He then went outside and was jumping in and out of traffic, telling people to hit him, swinging his arms around like he's flooding the air. 2901 Pine Ave for check welfare. 14-7. 10-4. Radio to 33.
