Charlie 24, we're down the street from that B1. Received. We got us a CPEA on Forest Lane and Abrams. It's going to be a male hit a female. Female was knocked out cold. Cop advised suspect was still hitting that female when he passed by. Suspect's going to be a Black male, tall, white shirt, blue jeans.
