TAC 8. Dispatch, Engine 17 arrived on scene. We do have one single vehicle, passenger vehicle, upright at this time. Looks like it appeared to drive off into the ditch. Minor damage, possibly. We'll be investigating. Single vehicle, possibly right now.

Dispatch, Engine 17, you have a better location. We went east of the interstate and west of the interstate down the Andre to Market Street. We're not seeing anything.
