118 units, this is possibly associated with the previous 23103 motorcycle, eastbound 580, just east of North Livermore. Suspect vehicle was a silver Honda CRV and the victim was a motorcycle with two riders. Suspect vehicle threw a full Gatorade bottle at the motorcycle riders and cut off the motorcycle and attempted to TC into them. The motorcycle was last seen stopped in the center divide to create distance. Again, this is per original.
