367. Commencement Bay Medical, 3716 Pacific Avenue, currently outside on the hill by the power box for 3 to 4. Males and females, subjects that are refusing to leave, possibly impaired, requesting that they moved along. It's an ongoing issue and they want them trespassed. Property owner calling us.
