Cars southwest, Beat 20, David 134, starting for 1430 Shepherd Street. Ambulance control advised to put a penny, do have this in the district. It's behind complainant's residence, across the alley from his location, in the backyard, blue tarp, over the pen. There's a Husky and Rottweiler, no food, no water, they've been out there for several days, crying. 900 West, 1405 South, 1450 South. 134. David 134, 1450. Dispatch.

I feel ya, Take care of your dogs, but I don’t see local PD doing anything about this cause they won’t do anything when animals kill eachother, let alone are left out to die.
