to be 11401 Lorain Avenue. Looks like there is a child with a metal pole. He swung it and another child trying to hit him. Black male, light-skinned, afro, black shirt and jeans. The juvenile is not EDMS as well. Everyone is outside. Code of the one, the CAD is 3463.
