Attention all units, 1063 in the area of Sullivan Street and North English Street, caller advising has seen a man pass out at the wheel at the stoplight, went to check on him, he woke up and drove off. Possible 1055, be on the lookout for a red Cadillac sedan driven by an elderly white male in his 70s, turned on Sullivan Street off English. Any unit come in contact, stop check and advise, come clear, 1246.
