It's gonna be in front of the Red Robin at 95 North Moreland Road. Caller's stating a vehicle hit her grandson in the parking lot. It's a 4-year-old child. He's conscious, alert, and breathing. Vehicle also hit multiple other vehicles in the lot. We're still gathering.
