215 North New Hope Road off of Pearl Street. Advised a middle-aged white female in a gray Nissan Altima hit a white male in a pink shirt and gray shorts with her car. This happened in the PVA of the mall. RP is currently at the fire station. A Nissan left and went towards the DMV. We're still trying to get further. The white male possibly left on foot.
