17-06. 7. Both units, going to be at the Target, 3600 Mall Road. Again, at the Target, complainant advised. Young ma- correction, young female was seen in front of the store arguing with a male. Seemed like the male was trying to get her to get into his vehicle. Going to be a Black female, approximately 18 to 22, and a Black male driving a dark red sedan, unknown make, was parked right in front of the store. The female did go back into the store after arguing.
