43, you would respond in the area of 37 South Union Ave. My caller's reporting that she has video from 1.30 in the morning of three juveniles taking orange cones and placing them on the street between cars. She believes the cones came from back of the office parking lot down the street. She would speak to my caller also. She's going to be at 37 South Union Ave, the first floor.
