I got stolen plates now. It's going to be three African-American males wearing all black inside their vehicle, wanted through burglary. It comes back stolen plates, the front plate stolen.

The car, the individual that got out of the car are there for a few minutes to get back into it and then go westbound on interior, I think merging into either 90 or Monado Highway.
