For the units in 4, getting a person with a gun, 91 and Ellis. Caller said four male blacks were chasing the caller down the street. One had a gun with a red beam. Person with a gun had a white ski mask, shirtless, and was wearing shorts. The other males were wearing purple shirts, black or navy blue Nike tags. Last thing headed westbound.
