Cars, special attention. 2 and 3 cars for a vehicle wanted for a hit-and-run from state police. Looking for Rhode Island Ridge 744-755 and 744-755 on a black Toyota sedan. Should have heavy damage. Unknown exactly where on the vehicle. It fled from the accident on the highway. Last seen 95 north towards Elmwood.
