Alright, when you guys come out, it's a person with a gun call, got a lot of time on it. 79 and Stony Island, last seen northbound from 79 and Stony. Says a male motorist in a black Elantra, waving a gun out the window, driving erratically. Had a plate of a Paul Robert Ida 1073. 10-4.
