A2 in your area, police are on scene. 2709 Sarah Street, off of South 27th and South 28th. Police were called out for a male that was sleeping in one of the parking spaces. Again, they're on scene now. Requesting EMS to the rear for a 20-year-old male. He's conscious but not alert. Believes it's an overdose.
