726. 69 and Damon. Damon and 69. Caller says a male Black and a male Hispanic just beat up a homeless male with a glass bottle and a stick because he was harassing him. The offenders are no longer on scene. Unsure if the victim needs an ambulance or not. He was able to walk westbound toward the liquor store. The victim is a male Black wearing all brown clothing. That's all I got. Fire is not rolling at this time.10-4.
