2 car. This is information only for dog and vehicle in the area of 2418 20th Avenue, cross streets of Taraval and Ulloa. Going to be a silver Tesla with a dog inside. Dog's going kind of crazy. No windows open or cracked. It's a small white poodle. Owner left the dog in the vehicle for 15 minutes. ACC was called, but they did not pick up. Vehicle plate of 9 Henry X-ray Victor 636. Repeating, 9 Henry X-ray Victor 636. ACC will not be responding since it's cold outside.
