Emergency sector disturbance, 4 Avenue and Pine Street. There's a male in the northeast corner near the Starbucks yelling. He's holding onto a black knife. Appears high or intoxicated. Has not threatened anybody with a knife. No other weapons seen. 4 Avenue and Pine Street.
