Emergency vehicle, 144th Street East and 67th Avenue East. Caller's concerned about a vehicle that was here for about 30 minutes with somebody loading items from a red semi-trailer into it. Red New York Jeep Gladiator, license unknown. Two Black males, 40s and a white male, 40s. They also have a flatbed tow truck there as well. 500. 500, 1754.
