01. 107, 27 Avenue. Call came in at 1740, saying that 10 minutes ago, a male had threatened to burn down a building. They believe it's possibly related to recent arson in the area. Suspect was last seen at 24 and Yesler near the library. He's described as a Black male, mid-40s to early 50s, about 6'2", medium to heavy build.
