Cedar, 4450 Cedar. He's in 401. He is aware that police were coming to check on him. Well, people. I don't know if they said police or not. He lives here alone. Called the VA crisis line. Threatened suicide with knife and medication. He has access to knives. Unknown if he actually has a knife. Again, he has caution. Armed and dangerous. Found on tenancies. Out of Lucas County. I don't know if it's adjacent to us or not, but it's a code 1. Copying. Lucas County is not adjacent.
