Information only for the Central 2 car for a 311 with a 245 attempt at 450 Sutter, cross of Stockton and Powell. There was a subject pulling out their private parts and threatening to 261 the RP and threw a glass bottle in the RP's direction. The RP is Jose. He's security in the area. Subject's an unknown race male, in his 30s, wearing a blue North Face jacket, no pants, just underwear. Last seen heading toward Powell with a drug pipe and a lighter in his hands.
