21-1309. 1309. on that disturbance in the 3, Planters Watch and Planters Row Drive. Caller states that there are several kids riding around shooting Roman candles at each other and also at people's houses. It says that they left. There's also no comp. We just have a red Hyundai, North Carolina plate, Mary Charlie William 2480, was last seen turning down planters.
