Attention, units broadcast for 23152, northbound 680, south of Bollinger, a silver Honda CR-V, plate of 9 Nora Lincoln William 800, returns clear on a 2016 Hyundai Utility vehicle at Dublin. Vehicle was unable to maintain, lane swerving at 50 to 60 miles an hour, and the vehicle just exited onto Bollinger, northbound 680 onto Bollinger. Golden gate clear, WNU H520 at 1739.
