Code 8, copy. 118th Place, southeast, southeast 319th Place. It's a matte black Volvo Charles King John 3053 that was loitering in the neighborhood, occupied by a male and female that were wandering around. They were last seen tossing items into the neighbor's backyard. Appeared to be flats of stolen plants from a hardware store. Gray house across the street from the RP is on camera. No weapons seen.
