Any Newton unit, GTA suspect there now, Washington and Alameda. Four suspects, a transient, number 1 and 2, male, Black, stripping PR's white Ford Explorer that was taken one hour ago. PR's standing by at the mobile gas station. Code 2, incident 3196, RD 130.
