67 Hemorrhage, 708 Columbus Parkway. Caller advised someone tried to kill his cousin. Caller keeps saying, I don't know what happened, and he's bleeding. We also have an unknown medical, 4019 West Park Road for someone that's on the ground. Female heard crying in the background.
