Another reason for the medivac is....Notice how in the 2nd video you can see 2 ppl both standing while holding fluids as the 3rd is pushing them wide open to get them in as fast as possible. Sadly when there's an excessive loss of blood on scene this is one of the only things to do while getting packed up into medivac to get them to shock trauma as fast as humanly possible where blood will be ready to go meeting them on the heliport to start getting it in on the way to surgery. Looks like they've got some great ppl caring for them.
