 He said the one, the male black with the black jacket with some type of light fire graphics on it was the shooter.

 He did have on a mask when he was shooting, but he took the mask off.

 And he said before y'all got there, they went into the building that y'all went into as well, and they went up to the second floor.

 He said they put the guns on the second floor, and he said for y'all to hang around in the area because they're going to come back out.

 They've been shooting on 75th, 76th, and 75th.
