Signal 57 in the area of Hartsgravel Road and Woodstock Road. Caller advised there was an older white male walking with a shopping cart in the roadway. By the end of the call, he made his way to the sidewalk. It was going to be a white male in his 60s wearing white pants, a black hoodie, and a camo hat. Caller advised this was an ongoing issue. He's requesting a 15.
