Complainant stating at the shelter, says another female named Laura, but also closed by Shelly, walked up to her and swung at her face but missed. Denies any injuries. Actor is a White female, 5'5", extraction 55, brown hair and a ponytail, wearing a gray t-shirt and black pants. The suspect is still in the area.
