Units in 12 and citywide, got a ticket of a person with a knife. They're giving Roosevelt and Hofstede. Said a male, Black, brown complexion, sleeveless, gray shirt, backpack. He threw a bottle of water at the caller, then proceeded to brandish a knife. He's in the street. Complainant said he's not going to remain on scene. This is zone 3, number 12.
