Can you start for a commonwealth at Dixie? Commonwealth at Dixie. For a motorist assist, she's completely blocking Dixie. Her Jeep is disabled, the e-brake is on, no way she can get it out of the way. There's also a male being rude and condescending to her. Okay. 4B193.
